both of these licenses are STRONG COPYLEFT LICENSES. clone and tinker to your heart's content, but your derivative work must be licensed under the same terms. if you use my words on a poster, that poster needs to be freely available under CC BY-SA 4.0. likewise, if you host an improved version of my js script on your website for visitors to use, the source for your website needs to be freely available under AGPLv3 (or later).
